Prime Video Japan is searching for an exceptional Digital Marketer with a genuine passion for entertainment and content marketing to join our digital marketing team and help build the future of the entertainment industry.
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead digital campaigns for new titles to excite millions of customers in Japan. Your role will require you to be passionate, creative, and collaborative, to drive large scale campaigns. Your day-to-day stakeholders will be both internal and external; such as the Content Acquisition, PR, and Brand teams, Creatives, and partner agencies. You will enjoy the dynamics of the entertainment industry with a truly global team.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop a digital-first marketing strategy that aligns with Prime Video’s business objectives.
• Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns for Prime Video Japan using multiple channels such as social, display, and search, while optimizing ROI.
• Manage agencies and oversee the project planning and implementation.
• Maintain best-in-class operational excellence across the entire workflow with Kaizen mindset.
• Evaluate campaign performance using multiple data points and methodologies.
• Report campaign evaluation to organization-wide audiences including senior leadership.- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Fluent in written and spoken Japanese, required for communication with licensors- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
