Amazon Logistics Launch & Expansion is seeking a proactive, customer service obsessed and team-oriented Executive Assistant to support multiple Directors within Amazon Logistics. This position will assist in facilitating key team activities and projects.

The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining great flexibility and a sense of humour. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment. The candidate will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision. Key to the position is the ability to be organized, prioritized and on time while also serving as another "go to" for all members of this large team.

The position requires the capacity to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, while keeping abreast of general business objectives, policies, standards, services, facilities, procedures and related information in order to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements.
Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items.
Schedule cost effective travel (domestic and international)
Complete and file expense reports; utilizing both domestic and international currencies.
Drive team logistics, including staff meeting agendas, social outings, supply ordering, and other key logistics.
Identify and coordinate most productive and cost effective method for meetings including in person, on-site, off-site, audio conferences (international, stateside and local) and video conferences.
Close collaboration with departmental EA peers.

A day in the life
This position requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams and working closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. We are looking for someone motivated, with a proven history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure. The ideal candidate is confident, enthusiastic, resourceful, tech-savvy, forward-thinking, self-motivated, and a creative problem solver. They constantly seek out areas of improvement and work to find solutions. They are not content with the status quo and aim to invent and simplify processes and programs. A relentless bias for action and effective communication at all levels is a must. This person will have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives.

- Experience in senior level leadership support, or experience at Amazon
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars
