Director Bizfin - Rev + MP + Pvt Labels Sourcing and Offline Business

Role is a leadership role which requires partnering with senior business leaders of Rev, MP, Pvt labels sourcing and offline team.

Role carries dual responsibility of partnering for growth but in a sustainable and profitable manner

Key Responsibilities: 

- Platform AOP and MOP planning and delivery to Plan

- 100% of Platform Revenue and Gross Margin

- Resource allocation (pricing) aligned to Myntra strategic priorities and guided by ROI/ RPC frameworks to ensure GMV and GM delivery in line with AOP/MOP  

- MP business commercials structuring, CoDB benchmarking, select CoDB changes to enable growth, selection and superior business mix 

- Partner sourcing team of Myntra Pvt labels (~18% Rev con) to drive sourcing efficiencies and create sources of funds generate Fule for growth 

- Business Partner Pvt labels offline stores team for offline business expansion strategy to build a high growth and EBITDA positive business
