About the role:

At Aspire Financial Services, we are dedicated to providing top-tier retirement account solutions and technology services. As a QA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our work packages and services. We are committed to delivering excellence to our customers through innovation and automation.

  • Taking ownership of quality across both ongoing operations and change initiatives within your assigned business vertical.
  • Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and test coverage.
  • Establish and enhance QA processes, standards, and methodologies to meet industry best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring timely detection, prioritization, and resolution of defects, with a focus on impact assessment and early resolution.
  • Managing all aspects of end-to-end testing, including Roadmap planning, risk assessment, issue management, dependency tracking, lessons learned, and governance.
  • Reviewing all key delivery-related collateral to ensure completeness, quality, and absence of duplication.
  • Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers and leaders, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement a robust testing strategy for both manual and automated testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and drive the testing process.
  • Effectively manage the identification, documentation, and resolution of defects throughout the development lifecycle.

 Minimum qualifications:

  • 12+ years of working experience in QA for a product-based organization.
  • At least 4 years of experience in leading a team in both manual and automation side
  • Proven expertise in implementing and managing test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with popular automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured or similar technologies.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of quality standards, best practices, and risk and controls framework, along with a demonstrable application of modern testing and quality practices within Agile methodologies.
  • The ability to connect day-to-day work with the strategic vision of feature, platform, domain, and enterprise teams, emphasizing business outcomes.
  • A proven track record of collaboration and stakeholder management, fostering effective teamwork.
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring QA professionals.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Fintech would be a big bonus.
  • A leadership style that encourages collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling clear articulation of complex technical concepts to peers and management.
  • Practical experience in developing quality strategies and detailed test plans & proficiency in both functional and non-functional testing.
Job location: Gurgaon or Bangalore, India or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
