About the role:

As Aspire is preparing its launch in the US, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to make Aspire the best all-in-one Finance Platform in the market. The United States as a major strategic market for Aspire, and we expect to be the #1 revenue contributor in the medium term.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have a thorough understanding of the US market and its customers. 

This role requires you to develop a successful product strategy, product roadmap, and go-to-market product plan. You will drive the success of our Business Account product in the US by defining a compelling positioning and unique selling proposition (USP), and by identifying the necessary features, UI/UX improvements, and infrastructure updates needed to excel in this market.

Over time, you might also be required to help define our US strategy, roadmap and rollout plan for other products such as APIs, Retail Accounts or Spend Management.

You work with a team of designers, engineers, QA specialists, and product operations professionals, while also collaborating closely with stakeholders beyond the Product and Tech teams, including leadership, growth, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the Product Roadmap for the US market and play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy in this region. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across all departments to develop a clear and compelling product strategy and vision for the Business Account, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in the FinTech market.
  • Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features and improvements based on customer needs, market opportunities, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • Manage all lifecycle stages from ideation through sunset, and be responsible for ensuring that deliverables are understood, releases are delivered on time, and users are engaged
  • Lead a team of engineers and designers to make key improvements to the product

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment ideally in payments or fintech in the US
  • Proven experience in Product Vision and Strategy, Roadmap definition and release of new product and features. An experience in Strategy Consulting is a big plus.
  • Demonstrated sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
  • Ability to drive negotiations with stakeholders from various levels and departments, to make informed trade-offs
  • Data-driven - has the ability to extract insights from raw data and communicate them clearly
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Performing a similar role with global exposure, having helped launch a FinTech Product in the US Market
  • Previous start-up or Management Consulting experience a plus 

Pay and benefits:

The annual US base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $200,000. This salary range may cover a number of levels at Aspire and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, performance in the interview process and final location.
