About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our Inside Sales Team, responsible for managing the full sales cycle from initial account activation through to cross-selling and ongoing account management. This role provides an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about driving growth and building lasting relationships with clients. You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, directly contributing to the company’s success by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing the value of existing accounts.

  • Be the advocate for customers acquired by our partners and self-serve customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer experience and resolve roadblocks 
  • Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities by understanding customers’ needs and presenting additional solutions or upgrades that drive value for them. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems. Provide regular updates on pipeline status and report on performance metrics.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional service that strengthens customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to effectively position the company’s solutions. Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies and approach.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer success or similar role in financial services and/or technology companies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
  • Skilled in conveying complex information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Ability to work with different cross functional teams 
  • Resilience and patience to resolve customer issues 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B payments, cross-border payments/FX, corporate cards, or other fintech services would be a plus
