Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
- 5 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc).
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.

You'll help drive better measurement practices across a portfolio of clients in e-commerce, gaming and travel.

- Provide support and consulting on client's/partnerβs strategy in the areas of sales, marketing or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
- Develop and own investigative modeling for key client/partner projects, apply or customize investigative tools and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to drive business growth, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
- Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data/investigative stakeholders on the clientβs/partnerβs side.
- Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals.
