Our network is critical societal infrastructure – it supports all our Google employees and all our Google product areas (Search, YouTube, Workspace, Ads, Bets, etc.) including Cloud and all their customers. Fiber and Capacity Delivery is responsible for delivering the long-haul and metro OSP fiber infrastructure assets that connect Google's data centers to users and Cloud customers worldwide, ensuring seamless and reliable data transfer across vast distances.
As Director of Fiber Capacity Delivery Documentation and Asset Management, you will lead the global strategy and execution for the delivery of dark fiber and leased capacity, ensuring the meticulous documentation and asset management of Google’s expansive network infrastructure. This pivotal role involves overseeing a global team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and driving the development of standardized processes, tools, and best practices to optimize vendor performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
You will be instrumental in aligning Google’s network infrastructure roadmap with evolving business objectives, ensuring seamless connectivity for users and Cloud customers worldwide. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to manage complex, hyperscale fiber deployment programs across multiple regions and continents.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
