The Subscriptions Growth team at Roku is focused on growing Roku’s subscriptions business by evaluating opportunities to better compete in the SVOD landscape and working cross-functionally to ensure the optimal execution of those initiatives. As the company’s core business team thinking about subscriptions, we are setting the strategy and vision for Roku’s SVOD business and partnering closely with internal teams such as Partner Growth, Marketing, Merchandising, and Product to bring the vision to life.
A key part of the Subscriptions Growth Team’s responsibility is the global launch, management, and growth of Premium Subscriptions on Roku. Roku is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager to be the leader of Premium Subscription’s international expansion and the first member of the team dedicated to our international strategy. In this role you will be the leader of end-to-end international launches, including market entry planning, localized content strategy, customer acquisition, partnerships, and operational execution. You will also manage ongoing business operations and scale post-launch, ensuring the team hits our subscription goals. You will play a pivotal role in defining the roadmap for expansion, tailoring strategies to each market’s unique cultural, economic, and competitive landscape.
As a leader on the Subscriptions Growth team, you will collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution, from initial market analysis and product localization to post-launch growth initiatives. You will also be responsible for establishing scalable business processes, optimizing operational performance, and driving long-term subscriber acquisition and retention – this is your business to launch, manage, scale and grow. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep passion for delivering exceptional subscription experiences to customers around the world.
For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $185,000 and $277,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
