About The Team

Roku’s Denmark office is focused on IOT, acoustics and audio streaming technologies. The key technologies are high performing wireless surround sound, multi room audio systems and purpose build OS.

 

About The Role

We are looking for students interested in starting a full-time internship from Summer 2025. This role is for a 20-week internship, based out of our Aarhus, Denmark office. 
The team is located both in Aarhus, DK and in Cambridge, UK. Please submit your CV in English.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Add and update test capabilities in Python test framework that is developed and used in all Roku engineering locations
  • Assist in development of automated tests, testcases and Jenkins environment
  • Assist in running and expanding the physical test setups to support new features
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues with new products and new FW on existing products
  • System testing – with several devices under test in larger scale
  • Collaborate in a globally distributed software and test team
  • Write efficient and reusable python test code for large scale testing
  • Jenkins, Trestrail and other well recognized test tools
  • Quality Assurance methods and real-life implementation

 

We’re excited if you have

  • Good programming skills in Python language
  • Strong capability for troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Hardware interfaces
  • Understanding of the interaction between software and hardware
  • Experience with GIT and Jenkins is desired
  • Enrolled in a relevant engineering education at the time of application
  • A self-starter attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good English skills, both oral and written
  • Good communication and presentation skills
