The Team
The Ads Marketing team shapes our core advertising positioning and drives the go-to-market strategy to bring this positioning to life through compelling, differentiated messaging and narratives. By activating these messages across both sales channels (presentations, materials, talking points, events) and broader non-sales channels, the team builds widespread awareness and excitement among our key advertising partners. This is a regional role and you will report to the Head of APAC Ads B2B Marketing, based in Singapore.
The Opportunity
The APAC Ads B2B Content Marketing Manager will bridge global content strategies with regional execution, to ensure that Netflix Ads messaging resonates with diverse audiences across APAC. You will define and own the messaging architecture for Netflix Ads in APAC, with an emphasis on audience and segment strategy. Your primary focus will be to create compelling, informative content and engaging formats that influence advertisers and support sales goals. You’ll develop content strategies and produce a variety of materials that highlight Netflix Ads’ differentiation and value. Working closely with the broader marketing team, you’ll ensure that all content aligns with brand messaging and objectives. Success in this role requires excellent writing skills, a strong storytelling ability, and strategic thinking to effectively reach and resonate with target audiences.
You will develop and expertly activate plans to engage marketing decision makers across various levels, demonstrate the value of Netflix advertising in the media mix, and accelerate regional and segment business growth. As the trusted in-region subject matter expert on Netflix’s advertising solutions, you will strategically tune deliverables for local audience and segment opportunities. You will effectively collaborate across extended marketing, sales, and research/insights teams to develop data-backed claims, trends and narratives that differentiate our advertising solutions, strengthen channel messaging, and expand our customer education and engagement efforts.
Core Responsibilities:
Content Marketing Strategy: Collaborate closely with global and local counterparts to build a content marketing strategy aligned with Netflix Ads' goals, ensuring content drives engagement and supports broader marketing initiatives. Own the audience and segment strategy working closely with country marketing managers as well as global peers.
Editorial Planning: Manage B2B editorial calendars to maintain a steady, high-quality content flow that delivers audience value and supports business objectives across the region. Collaborate with Communications and other content partners to amplify messaging.
Content Development: Craft engaging, high-impact content—including sales decks, blog posts, case studies, and infographics—that addresses the needs and challenges of media agency buyers and brand marketers, showcasing Netflix Ads’ unique value across various stages of the sales funnel.
Multichannel Distribution: Partner with the APAC scaled channels marketing manager and Comms to ensure content is strategically distributed across social media, email marketing, website, organic, and paid channels, maximizing reach and engagement. Work with regional marketing peers to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Performance Analysis and Optimization: Regularly analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to continually enhance content effectiveness and impact.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams across sales, product, research/insights, comms and design to ensure that content aligns with broader marketing goals, supporting consistent brand positioning.
Content Localization Management: Oversee localization workflows across APAC, ensuring all content is adapted effectively to meet regional preferences, regulatory needs, and language requirements.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continually evolving the content strategy to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, digital advertising, or marketing communications.
Extensive experience in content development, localization, and digital advertising within international markets.
Familiarity with the CTV, OTT, or streaming landscape, and knowledge of programmatic advertising and CTV best practices, particularly in content localization.
Proven expertise in product positioning, narrative crafting, and collateral development to support brand and marketing objectives.
Excellence in regional marketing roles balancing global consistency with local nuances
Strong cultural awareness and attention to detail, with the ability to manage relationships with multiple regional stakeholders.
Skilled in collaborating with product and sales teams to shape and effectively communicate product strategy, positioning, and messaging.
Demonstrated ability to generate and execute creative ideas, partner with agencies, and manage multiple projects with precision under tight deadlines.
Experience producing a variety of content types—such as blog posts, case studies, presentations, creative assets, and thought leadership pieces—to advance marketing goals.
Strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration, successfully aligning diverse stakeholders and scaling communications across regions.
