- Build and run project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status. Handle risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant. Drive alignment across the organization and between teams - Work across research and engineering teams to develop state-of-the-art machine learning solutions - Coordinate and drive end-to-end projects from opportunity analyses, feature definition, and program execution. - Provide clear, timely and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive team - Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team, maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration - Create and manage project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered products specialized in improving search relevance
  • Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
  • Have personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations (100+)
  • Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to peel the onion to discover opportunities for impact and better user experience
  • Capability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence
  • BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or equivalent

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
