Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with 283 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.
At Netflix, Payments is vital for ensuring members stay and sign up hassle-free. Our team crafts a scalable, seamless and largely familiar payments experience, across a range of locally preferred methods of payment (MOPs) that in turn drive incremental paid member growth and long-term revenue.

Drive Vision & Influence – Shape product strategy, align teams, and advocate for a cohesive user experience.
Design for Impact – Craft payment experiences that drive conversion, retention, and long-term revenue growth, ensuring seamless transactions across diverse global markets.
Data-Informed Decisions – Leverage experimentation, A/B testing, and insights from analytics to refine and optimize user flows.
Test & Iterate – Partner with research, data science, and engineering to run experiments that validate hypotheses and refine experiences, ensuring designs are grounded in insights and real-world impact.
Navigate Complexity – Break down ambiguous problems, structure initiatives, and drive execution across teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership – Work across disciplines, collaborating deeply with product, engineering, and business partners.
Executive Presence – Confidently communicate design rationale, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment.
Raise the Bar – Set a high standard for design excellence, providing feedback and mentorship to elevate the team’s craft.
What We’re Looking For
Systems Thinking – Proven experience designing and implementing scalable design systems from scratch.
Strong Design Craft – Expertise in visual design, interaction, prototyping, and user research.
Design Leadership – Act as a thought leader, shaping how we approach payments UX across teams. Mentor designers, share insights, and help elevate design standards.
Strategic Problem-Solving – Ability to synthesize business needs, user motivations, and technical constraints.
Communication & Influence – Ability to lead discussions, coach others, and make strategic design decisions.
Payments or E-commerce Experience (Preferred) – Understanding of global payment flows, user behaviors, and industry trends.
