Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management and having verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.

- Understand various Google products, tools and processes and leverage them to push machine learning based automation and increase operational efficiencies.
- Understand develop and collaborate with Engineering and Cross-Product groups to find solutions to optimize and scale human computation micro-tasks on machine learning and imagery curation/moderation pipelines.
- Deliver critical pieces of analysis and use these to drive new insights and uncover improvement opportunities, identify and implement solutions for Machine learning projects.
- Partner with the AI Data Infra Eng teams and act as the interface for Operations and delivery teams to support Customer Success.
