Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in internal communications with an emphasis on program management or experience developing and executing communication strategies.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Strategy and Operations, Program Management, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Consulting, or similar investigative roles.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and change management that drives performance/execution excellence.
- Experience in Content Strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Develop and lead a comprehensive internal communications strategy for the organization, encompassing all channels, leadership messages, and key initiatives to foster engagement and alignment.
- Drive strategic communications and change management programs across the Privacy, Safety and Security organization, crafting and disseminating impactful messages for organizational shifts, major programs, and cultural initiatives while ensuring smooth transitions.
- Establish and maintain communication standards and a robust program governance structure, including executive communications, regular reviews, prioritization, and effective resource stewardship for high-impact decision-making.
- Cultivate alliances with cross-organizational and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and collaborative development of communication and program initiatives.
- Measure the effectiveness of all internal communication programs through established metrics and feedback, continuously improving reach, impact, and overall organizational efficiency.
