Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing partners or external facing clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Partner Management or Business Development in online advertising, data on-boarding, or adtech.
- Experience identifying partners, analyzing and structuring complex agreements with a proven track record of success in negotiation and execution.
- Ability to balance performing tasks and manage multiple time-sensitive projects/agreements in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
- Ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Ability to be a highly entrepreneurial solution-oriented and takes initiatives, be creative and open-minded, and highly collaborative who grows up in a team environment.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

The Performance Ads Measurement hiring team focuses on capturing high growth opportunities, scaling/building new products and services across Google owned and operated properties.
In this role, you will establish, nurture, and expand key strategic relationships driving continued success for Google, our partners, and our advertisers. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance teams, etc. to implement impactful new partnerships. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and industry players will help shape our emerging advertising products across Retail, Marketplaces, Local Services and Travel solutions. You will separately drive critical projects end-to-end, manage most important partner relationships, and develop perspective on industry trends and market opportunities. You will be comfortable escalating and presenting key business issues to management. You will also have strong relationship-building skills and can identify win-win opportunities with partners to best represent products and users.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Googleβs Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Googleβs own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Googleβs user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Negotiate, launch and implement new partnerships that are set up for continued success through interaction with critical cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., on-boarding, activation).
- Manage and optimize ongoing partnership execution and maintain operational excellence (e.g., establishing success metrics and enabling partners to achieve them, enforcing service level agreements, tracking and processing payments, and reporting on key metrics).
- Escalate operational issues and present recommendations to the management team.
- Drive strategic partnership growth plans, keep all stakeholders informed on key developments, and bring new opportunities to the partnership.
