Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience managing system implementations or product launches.
  • Experience working in legal operations, risk or compliance.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in Corporate, consulting, technology vendor or relevant industry/discipline.
  • Experience in consulting.
  • Experience with in-house legal departments, legal operations, legal operation consulting.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Develop tooling and solutions direction, strategy and roadmap for Global Affairs in partnership with Legal Engineering, Privacy, Safety and Security.
  • Document and own business requirements document in partnership with stakeholders and collaborate with engineering to help development and documentation of product requirements document.
  • Lead planning, coordination and execution of third-party technology evaluations and implementations with the business, third-party provider and interfacing with product and engineering teams while abiding by Google policies and Product Development Life Cycle/Software Development Life Cycle standard procedures.
  • Post technology launch, establish or perform ongoing technology support including managing updates, releases, upgrades, integrations (monitoring and updates), and changes within the Google environment requiring adaptation to the launched technology.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews with stakeholders and internal teams for prioritization, decision making and resource management, including monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
