Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or an equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience in working in a fluid and collaborative environment.
- Experience in Cloud or Enterprise software sales.
- Ability to identify business opportunities, assess business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Support and drive the implementation of Starline's Direct business strategy. Develop and execute strategies to identify and qualify potential direct business leads.
- Maintain a business pipeline, tracking and prioritizing leads, and ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
- Work with cross-functional teams across Google to align on and drive direct customer-led sales. Discuss business terms and pricing with potential customers.
- Provide thought leadership on product strategy and roadmapping, incorporating customer feedback and direct business market insights. Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new customers and provide ongoing support.
- Represent the customer, ensuring business and technical feedback is received and implemented to improve products.
