Sales Engineering Coordinator, Bogota - Cloudkitchens

What You’ll Do

  • Spearhead the customer’s onboarding journey by generating implementation documentation, coordinating kick-off calls, and ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to Onboarding. 
  • Provide support in order entry process, entering orders, auditing orders and recapping orders.
  • Review configuration documentation to ensure they meet internal and external requirements.
  • Support account executives in presenting and pulling data to support customer questions.
  • Create and analyze report(s) for the Sales organization to assess selling, booking trends, and deal profitability.
  • Continually strive to improve quality of information and analytical techniques.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders across departments.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and process implementation.
  • Work closely with sales, legal, onboarding and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis and reporting tools. Knowledge of SQL and other database management systems is a plus.
