What You’ll Do
- Statistical reporting to internal management and external agencies
- Manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments
- Policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less)
- Provide a proactive and high-quality Shared Service ensuring all SLA and KPIs are met
- Responsible for managing all escalations and conducting root cause analysis and providing corrective and preventive action
- Collaborate with other regions on process streamlining
- Respond to complex inquiries; manage escalations
- Effectively manage change ensuring that the teams are change-ready
- Partner with the Project Management Office on programs, and projects leading towards world-class employee and new hire experience
- Provide strategic vision for processes and support management initiatives and process improvements.
