What You’ll Do

• Statistical reporting to internal management and external agencies
• Manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments
• Policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less)
• Provide a proactive and high-quality Shared Service ensuring all SLA and KPIs are met
• Responsible for managing all escalations and conducting root cause analysis and providing corrective and preventive action
• Collaborate with other regions on process streamlining
• Respond to complex inquiries; manage escalations
• Effectively manage change ensuring that the teams are change-ready
• Partner with the Project Management Office on programs, and projects leading towards world-class employee and new hire experience
• Provide strategic vision for processes and support management initiatives and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Great communication skills.

• Project management experience preferred.
• Process improvement experience.
