The Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) organization is on a mission to simplify go-to-market strategies, programs, and processes to grow revenue, earn share and lead in AI. As part of the SE&O organization, the Americas Skilling & Planning team is a center of excellence to drive simplicity and optimize the seller learning experience, in a way that accelerates growth in revenue, share and AI adoption.
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Americas Skilling & Planning to empower Account Team, Specialist Team, or Customer Success Team communities by equipping enterprise sales professionals across the Americas with targeted skilling and continuous change solutions aligned with fiscal year planning and strategic priorities. In this role, you will develop and execute a skilling strategy to drive adoption of tools, optimize execution, and accelerate seller performance. By leveraging change management strategies, you will enable sellers to achieve business objectives and lead impactful customer engagements.
You will collaborate closely with teammates across worldwide and the Americas to ensure programs are relevant, actionable, and effective. Your contributions will drive continuous improvement, enabling sellers to deliver results in complex environments while fostering a culture of adaptability and growth.
