Senior Technical Program Manager leads the development and implementation process for products and services typically involving large, complex cross-functional implementation with multiple internal teams or external partners. Leads efforts to create solutions to complex technical needs, identifying trends in product quality and performance to define or change existing features; prioritizing and delivering the roadmap; managing project schedules and release plans; monitoring product/service performance and driving continuous improvement in quality, profitability, supportability and delivery. Leads programs and/or product design to address customer needs and business priorities.

By applying to this U.S. Mountain View, CA OR Redmond, WA position, you are required to be local to the San Francisco OR Seattle area in office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of internal operational programs.
- Define program objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and success criteria.
- Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent internal projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, within budget and own team capacity planning.
- Ensure project goals are achieved by their assigned date and maintain a sense of urgency to help the team stay focused on task completion.
- Lead initiatives to integrate internal tools and systems to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Continuously analyze and refine processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the user experience. Develop best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to internal projects, internal tool management, and overall operations. Ensure systems are secure and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operations projects and the overall health of the infrastructure.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders on project progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage and allocate compute resources such as GPUs, TPUs, and other AI accelerators to meet project requirements.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4 years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects with emphasis on technical infrastructure systems including popular collaboration tool stack technologies
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects, including system upgrades, tool administration, and network/security implementations.
- Hands-on experience with background in administering and optimizing internal tools in the areas of collaboration, program management and ticketing systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of Technology infrastructure (e.g., API services, networks, storage, cloud computing, and cybersecurity).
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
