Your future role within QRT

The Production Trading Operations role focuses on managing the order flow and ensuring smooth operations within the trading environment. The role involves proactive collaboration with trading desks, compliance, and IT to pre-empt intraday issues and maintain market-making programs.

What you will do:

Monitor production order flow to ensure timely and accurate execution
Work proactively with trading desks to manage limits, and pre-empt any intraday trading issues
Track broker/exchange stability
Collaborate across teams (compliance, trading and technology)
Develop tools and dashboards to provide clear visibility of the above areas

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Computer Science)
5+ years of experience in trading operations or a similar role on either buy-side or sell-side
Strong understanding of trading systems and order flow management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in developing and using technology tools and dashboards
Ability to work collaboratively with trading desks and other stakeholders
