Your future role within QRT:

Join a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment as a desk-facing developer supporting our global cross-asset systematic trading operations.

Design new tools and industrialize the existing codebase to streamline and optimize traders’ daily workflows.

Drive ongoing upgrades to the team’s technology stack to meet evolving business needs and support QRT’s technical growth.
Your current skillset:

5+ years of experience as a software engineer.

Strong expertise in Python (required).

Ability to multitask, manage project priorities effectively, and work collaboratively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in a front-office environment (a strong advantage).

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud technologies (a plus).
