- Act as the primary liaison between Technology, Business COOs, Trading Heads, Risk, Security, and Compliance
- Work across development, support and governance teams to keep our resilience posture strong and testable
- Maintain BCP governance and ensure alignment with regulatory and internal audit expectations
- Translate recovery requirements into action: clear RTO/RPO alignment, test tracking and audit response
- Coordinate with platform owners to remediate vulnerabilities and technology risks impacting BCP execution
- Support the maintenance of recovery documentation, runbooks, dependency maps, and testing schedules

- Appreciation for continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and data-driven resiliency decision-making
- Proven experience running technical continuity tests and integrating failover workflows into production environments
- Experience running chaos engineering experiments or reliability/fire drill exercises
- Understanding of SRE methodologies including incident response, observability, and system health metrics to proactively enhance resilience
