The Regulatory Readiness Obligation Management team works across regulatory domains (e.g. Privacy, Integrity, Security) and partners closely with Legal, Policy, Operations, and Product to understand and respond to key external pressures that could impact Meta's businesses. We work with our partners to develop and scale Meta’s end-to-end Regulatory Readiness program. The Regulatory Readiness Program Manager supporting a given regulatory area is central to ensuring Product can identify how external pressures may impact current and/or future product plans.
This role is suitable for those seeking to work closely with product teams on a daily basis, and for those seeking to understand how regulatory, competitive, and legal matters relate to Meta's data practices and product offerings. As this is a highly visible role that requires leadership, good stakeholder management, technical know-how, and best in class operations, the successful candidate should thrive in ambiguous, cross-functional environments and have a desire to solve big, hard problems.
This role will work with leadership including executives at the company, on some of the biggest priorities for the company.
