The ideal candidate for the role of Payroll Lead, People Operations, is someone who has managed scaled Payroll Operations and built durable strategic partnerships across suppliers and cross-functional teams. The candidate will need to be both experienced communicator and operate as a functional leader. Reporting to the Director, People Services Delivery, this internal facing IC will be the business owner for scaling global Payroll support ensuring all the stakeholders are involved and aligned throughout the process.
