We're seeking an experienced APAC Regional Area Chef to oversee our food service programs across multiple sites in the APAC region, based out of our Singapore office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex budgets, vendor relationships, and food service operations to ensure high-quality dining experiences for our employees across the region. This role requires effective leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills to drive business results and maintain a best-in-class operation.
As APAC Regional Area Chef, you will be instrumental in driving program expectations, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducting quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize food service operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives across wide-ranging markets in APAC.
