Business Intelligence Analysts drive how the User Experience (UX) Research function is powered at Meta by empowering Research leaders to integrate business data into their daily decisions as well as longer-term investments. The Business Intelligence Analyst role in the Global Research Operations team will work alongside UX Researchers, Research Program Managers, and Research leaders to identify, track, and solve issues that advance the efficiency and efficacy of Metaβs UX Research ecosystem. This role will perform analyses on a broad spectrum of topics related to optimizing Meta's UX Research process and UX Research organizational health. Some projects will focus on improving how we measure and monitor the performance of the infrastructure and programs we build to support the research organization. Others will involve investigating existing data to identify potential issues and to inform opportunities for solving them.
