We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Monetization Incentives team as America's Agencies Activation Lead.
Our mission is to develop impactful growth through programs that drive optimal performance for advertisers, agencies, and partners, while generating incremental revenue for Meta.
As the Americas' Agency Activation Lead, you will develop and execute a tailored activation strategy for incentives programs targeting agencies in NORAM and LATAM. As a thought leader, you will leverage your demonstrated experience and understanding of these segments to design a cohesive go-to-market offering that aligns with Meta's priorities. You will collaborate with and influence sales and cross-functional leadership at both global and regional levels to drive program engagement, adoption, and success, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal market fit for offered benefits.
