The Metaverse Optical Systems Engineering Team is looking for an optical systems engineer to develop and lead development and release of our Display & Optics systems for Meta products. You will work cross-functionally with optical, mechanical, camera, display, DFx and other teams to ensure the performance and realization of optical products.
You can handle a high degree of ambiguity in product definition, play a critical role in the product engineering process, including product definition, scoping, task management & prioritization, rollout and launch. You make the team more effective by bringing in best practices, identifying & removing bottlenecks, as well as avoiding common pitfalls. Other engineers and managers look to you for your experience and expertise in the product development process.
