Scaled Operations is the organisation responsible for managing all outsourced vendor operations that support Meta’s Global Operations division. The Scaled Ops Excellence team within Scaled Operations is responsible for managing internal critical business functions, establishing and maintaining effective governance structures and providing comprehensive program management support.
The Scaled Ops Excellence team is seeking an experienced program manager to handle complex, global initiatives aligned with and driven out of the Scaled Ops organisation and to help evolve existing vendor risk, compliance audit and vendor security protocols. The successful candidate will enjoy and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment and effectively build structure and inculcate the same within their team of experienced program managers.
