Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in quota-carrying software sales and account management at an enterprise business-to-business software company promoting enterprise accounts.
- Experience engaging with accounts in promoting a portfolio of products at C-level.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently as the role requires interactions in the language with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects.
- Experience with large, complex commercial and legal negotiations working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
- Knowledge of the industry, specific to the prospects/customers being covered.
- Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
- Ability to influence decisions at the executive level.
- Ability to communicate in English at business level as the role requires interactions in the language with local stakeholders and certain customers.

- Build executive relationships with a strategic customer base to help influence their long-term technology and business decisions. Add value as a trusted advisor by bringing compelling insights and ideas with follow through execution.
- Lead and manage entire business cycles (e.g. presenting multi-year agreements to CEO and C-level executives), discussing terms and understanding associated legal and business risks.
- Lead business engagements with Chief Executive Officer and boards of strategic customers with a transformational industry goal and a differentiated Google solution partnership to accelerate customer digital transformation.
- Be responsible for the strategic account with solution delivery aspects.
