Hybrid

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000* however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary provided in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

The role is based out of our Wilmette, IL Wayfair store and is on-site Monday-Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. This role requires some flexibility to work an occasional weekend event and/or Friday's in the office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for managing and building candidate funnels, to ensure we are able to deliver talent within a reasonable time to fill, and build benches of well-qualified talent for different verticals (Logistics, Design, VSM, Sales, Customer Experience, AP)
  • Create and manage job postings in our ATS/Recruiting tools (Greenhouse, GEM, Avature) and maintain accuracy with ATS/recruiting tools and effectively leverage these tools to deliver results
  • Drive sourcing activities via various sourcing platforms, social media posts and other top of funnel levers to drive applicant flow for job openings
  • Research, plan, coordinate, and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, community partnerships, training programs and related hiring events as needed
  • Coordinate community and promotional events for the upcoming launches of new stores
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with in-store recruitment efforts including but not limited to creating offer letters, monitoring pre-employment screening, providing communication related to new hire orientation to candidates, etc.
  • Collaborate and provide administrative support to in-store leaders and recruiting teams as needed 
  • Responsible for creating stakeholder relationships, influencing, and escalating issues on behalf of TA as applicable to their manager.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment. High volume recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience driving creative sourcing strategies and comfortable with various tools (social media platforms, Indeed, GEM, etc.)
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • Self-motivation and accountability to take initiative and capitalize on opportunities in an ever-changing environment
  • A sense of urgency to deliver results for the business while working as part of a team
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
