Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in Marketing working across brand or product strategy.
- Experience developing and executing marketing plans and driving projects from start to finish.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
- Experience in determining the optimal way to position Google's products and brands in the market.
- Ability to keep a track record and manage cross-functional teams and agencies.
In this role, you will work in close partnership with creative and production counterparts to set the pace for projects and the team. You are a tactical thinker with exceptional project management skills in marketing, fully conversant in Google's products, and technology. You will keep multiple work streams on course, executionally and strategically. You will be accountable within the team emphasizing the business value of a project.
You will focus on helping to solve real problems for users through Google products and features. This may involve the creation of marketing campaigns, advertising, UX or UI, and occasionally the development of products. You will work closely with C-Level executives, product managers, designers, producers, copywriters, external partners, production teams, legal/business affairs, and others to own, drive, and execute marketing initiatives.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Understand the business context for Creative Lab projects, setting the pace in partnership with creative and production counterparts. Manage the direction, output and overall success of projects and the team.
- Lead a team of marketing specialists within the Creative Lab.
- Build bridges with and across Googleβs product teams, Marketing, Research, and UX.
- Partner closely with Creative Lab creatives and producers in developing ideas into outputs.
