As an Executive Product Manager for Retail Ads on Discover and Gmail, you will support the evolution of millions of users engaging with retail content and promotions on two of Google's flagship platforms. You will focus on transforming these surfaces into inspiring and valuable shopping discovery touch points. You will define and execute the product strategy to create innovative, high-quality ad experiences that seamlessly blend with the user's journey in personalized feeds and Gmail's promotions. This involves understanding user needs and advertiser goals in the retail space, and leveraging AI to deliver relevant, engaging ad formats. You will unlock new avenues for shopping inspiration and advertiser success, contributing directly to the growth and innovation of Google's advertising ecosystem on Discover and Gmail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
