Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in SQL or data analytics tools for data extraction, analysis and presentation via dashboards.
- Experience with financial reporting and forecasting tools.
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships, growing in fluid environments, and driving operational excellence.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within a matrixed organization.
- Ability to develop business cases.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Partner with the business and leadership support teams to develop business plans, manage annual budgets, drive visibility into performance and resource planning decisions and provide insights to inform better decision making
- Collaborate with business partners to drive accountability for business performance improvements.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial planning cycles, including month-end close, forecast variance analysis, executive-level reporting/presentations and the maintenance of datasets and dashboards.
- Apply expertise across tools and financial systems to troubleshoot, execute data pulls and loads, create financial models with datasets, and partner with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and systems teams.
- Seek opportunities to drive efficiency and improvements in financial planning reporting processes to enable financial visibility for business partners.
