Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field.
- 1 year of of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to contribute in a fluid environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time.
- Ability to communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
