Within Global Partnerships, the Top Partner team is comprised of deep industry experts who engage with external partners and internal Business Developement and Product teams to provide dedicated “One Google” support to Top Partners, incubate transformative/innovative ideas, understanding both partners’ and Google’s strategic priorities, and rallying cross-functional teams towards new opportunities and cross product area agreements, accelerate agreements and lead strategic initiatives, including industry strategy alignment, AI Innovation Labs, and key industry initiatives/programs and engage with ecosystems and bring the best of Google to solve increasingly complex partnership and industry challenges.
As a Top Partner Manager and trusted thought partner to our leaders, you will shape how Google partners with our most strategic partners across industries. With your unique purview across all Google/Alphabet products and services, you will design a long-term strategy to drive business growth and product priorities for Google while solving for your partners' greatest business challenges. You will work cross-functionally internally and externally to provide valued counsel to executives, land and execute actionable recommendations, and lead new business opportunities/partnership workstreams. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
