The Latam Media Coordinator is responsible for working with our marketing teams in the region to develop media best practices and connect media to our Marketing Goals and campaigns. The coordinator also explores and leverages key media partners, connects shared plans within x-functional internal teams, and expands campaign ideas through channel distribution.
The role is based out of Bogota.

A media professional who understands 360 media strategy, planning, and buying.
An ability to represent Netflix and work closely with key internal/external partners, negotiating deals and leveraging opportunities.
Someone who can easily support workflow optimization, identify gaps and opportunities we need to solve, and push for innovative solutions at scale.
Any experience working at LATAM Level is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Along with regional & local teams, land marketing goals/priorities through paid media opportunities;
Support local marketing teams and creative/media agencies in developing media plans.
Work with key stakeholders, Ie: Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital/offline partners, on ways to best leverage their platforms, products, and opportunities for scalable media innovation and efficiency.
Provide feedback to partner teams (internal/external) on tooling needs for campaign media planning & execution efficiency.
Monitor and report on competitive investment behavior in media.
