Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a business related field.
  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • 2 years of project management experience, working in a complex, matrixed organization.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Foster relationships with key clients and agency leaders, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business needs and industry landscape. Develop compelling, data-backed proposals highlighting Google and YouTube's advertising value.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business streams within existing accounts. Partner with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, present strategic account plans, and negotiate complex, high-value agreements.
  • Remain at the forefront of digital advertising trends, including AI and CTV, leveraging Google's products to address client challenges. Conduct market analysis to provide strategic insights and drive business growth by exceeding business goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal product, marketing, and analytics teams to achieve client results. Share knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
