Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consultancy or technical sales.
  • 2 years of experience with internet technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SQL, XML, HTTP protocols.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working with market leading BI Front-end, Data Analytics Middleware, Middle platform for Apps, or Back-end Data Warehouse technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication and presentation skills.
  • Data analysis and good data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

In this role, you will be in a solution-generating team that helps our Sales teams and publishers. These solutions will be scalable to support millions of customers worldwide. In addition to troubleshooting on the customer side, we work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services to improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users. As a cross-functional and global team, it will be your job to help keep the lights on and the ads fresh.

  • Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by providing consultation, delivering innovative and scalable solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting to their problems and pain points. Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long term success and improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of client integrations by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
  • Work with large data sets. Solve analysis problems, applying analytical methods. Conduct end-to-end analyses that include data gathering and requirements specification, exploratory data analysis, model development, and delivery of results.
  • Provide guidance to and working closely with sales and partners to provide inputs on data management and workflows.
