About the right team member

ClassPass is seeking a dynamic and highly analytical Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in shaping our consumer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging data insights to guide high-impact business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and business acumen, a collaborative mindset, and strong experience with data manipulation tools such as Excel and SQL. 

About the role

  • Lead the evaluation and reporting of key acquisition and retention metrics, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Analyze trends and performance drivers across marketing channels (e.g., SEM, paid social) and geographic regions to identify opportunities for growth, delivering strategic insights to improve channel investments.
  • Design and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor key metrics and improve visibility across teams.
  • Drive innovation through test measurement, building business cases for new initiatives, and identifying creative solutions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Product, and Marketing to align strategies and ensure business goals are met.
  • Drive the development of frameworks to evaluate investments, such as media mix models, and assess return on investment across marketing initiatives. 

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Business discipline; master’s degree preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy, finance, or a related field, with a strong focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analysis, and SQL; familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
  • Understanding of marketing and financial KPIs (e.g., CPA, LTV, ROI) as well as digital funnel, from awareness to conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and present recommendations for leadership.
  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
