Your role

As the Director of Product Management for Platform and Productivity at Mindbody, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our product strategy and leading a best-in-class team. You will oversee multiple squads focused on enhancing our platform scalability, internal efficiency, and overall product excellence. Your leadership will ensure that our platform capabilities evolve to meet customer and business needs, creating a strong foundation for future growth, and that as an organization we continue to improve our internal team operations and impact.

About the role

  • Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Build a high-performing team with a focus on career growth and development.
  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Mindbody's critical platform capabilities and tooling to drive internal productivity, aligned with the company’s goals. Ensure roadmaps are compelling and drive meaningful customer and business outcomes by overseeing multiple teams across two key pillars:
    • Platform: Focused on ensuring platform scalability, reliability, identity and access management, role-based controls, and seamless SSO authentication across the product ecosystem.
    • Productivity: Driving internal team efficiency by turbocharging Sales and Support teams with advanced systems and leveraging AI to transform operations through triage, automation, and enablement solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deeply understand requirements and translate them into impactful product solutions.
  • Process Excellence: Drive excellence across the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and prioritization to requirements gathering, design, development, and Go-to-Market (GTM) execution.
  • Organizational Leadership: Serve as part of the product and PDE leadership team, contributing to the evolution of processes, strategy, and culture while ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.

Skills & experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge, passion, and experience applying AI to problem spaces to drive transformative impact.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful B2B software products or platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience driving impact in the areas of platform scalability, identity systems, and internal team tooling and process (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing product management teams.
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable, impactful product roadmaps and experiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and present ideas to executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience driving a culture that leverages metrics and user insights to drive product decisions.

It is Mindbody’s intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $200,000 to $260,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
