We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in the UK, supporting a variety of teams including Talent, Finance, Legal and Marketing.. In this role, you will identify and engage with top talent while guiding hiring partners to make informed recruiting decisions. Your efforts will help build teams that are central to Netflix's growth, success, and innovation.
The Role
Reporting to the TA Director, EMEA you will:
Manager a high volume of reqs for suitable talent across our Marketing, PR & Corporate Functions in the UK.
Build excellent working relationships with the business, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure we are an employer brand of choice in the region.
Engage and hire top talent, leveraging data and market insights to influence the recruiting strategy.
Emphasize the value of inclusive hiring processes and building diverse teams.
Identify talent, evaluate their technical skill set, and match it to opportunities within Netflix.
Ensure that candidate motivations, interests, and values align with our unique culture of freedom and responsibility.
Work directly with hiring managers, HRBPs, researchers, and coordinators throughout the recruiting life-cycle.
Partner cross-functionally with our Inclusion Recruiting Programs partner, Talent Operations, Talent Intelligence, Compensation, Tax, & Legal teams.
Use your own judgment on how to best organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Own a high volume of requisitions, and balance moving quickly whilst also providing a great candidate experience and managing stakeholders effectively.
Evaluate the current hiring process and make changes to streamline and enhance the experience for candidates and hiring managers.
You
A minimum of 8+ years experience within Talent Acquisition.
Extensive experience hiring in the UK, ideally with a solid understanding of one of the functions mentioned above.
Diversity recruiting experience and managing inclusive hiring practices at all levels.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and understand the importance of tracking particular recruiting data and metrics.
