About the right team member

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to help define and execute the product strategy for Consumer Web at Mindbody. 

About the role

  • Develop a vision and roadmap to create our hosted web platform as a tool enabling Fitness and Wellness businesses to deliver seamless, branded consumer-facing experiences that drive growth and operational efficiency. 
  • Formulate and align on a coherent and substantiated strategy for how Hosted Web fits into Mindbody’s overall consumer booking offering, benefits customers, and plays into the wellness/fitness consumer lifecycle. 
  • Lead Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to excellent and high-velocity execution against roadmap, delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with broader platform objectives. 
  • Drive adoption, deliver value iteratively, and ensure this platform becomes an essential part of our product suite. 
  • Deliver a hosted web platform that meets the needs of businesses and consumers and migrate a large segment of customers seamlessly within the calendar year. 
  • Drive measurable increases in customer satisfaction, with improvements in NPS and retention for businesses using the platform. 
  • Establish the hosted web platform as a key differentiator in the market, contributing to growth in bookings, customer acquisition, and revenue. 
  • Cultivate a high-performing team culture that ships thoughtful and valuable updates regularly while maintaining high technical and customer standards. 

Skills & experience 

  • Proven track record of shipping impactful web and mobile products, with bonus points for B2B2C experience. 
  • Experience leading complex platform migrations or large-scale product initiatives that require balancing customer, consumer, business, and technical needs. 
  • High ownership, urgency, and holistic thinking across customer research, data analysis, design, technical architecture, and GTM strategies. 
  • Familiarity with scalable web platforms and multi-tenant architectures, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and API teams to align on trade-offs, dependencies, and decisions. 
  • Technically and analytically savvy, with knowledge of product development and the ability to define, query, and interpret your own data. 
  • Experienced in agile processes, with a history of working collaboratively in full-stack teams and delivering value iteratively. 
  • Strong product intuition, reinforced by user feedback and analytical insights. 
  • Proven communicator and cross-functional collaborator, skilled at driving alignment and outcomes across teams. 
  • Bias for action, learning from customers, data, and experiments to inform decisions. 
  • At least one year of experience working at a US-based company, preferred.
