- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in deploying robotics solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working closely with engineering, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective integration of robotics solutions within existing infrastructure and workflows.
- Experience in deploying robotic automation solutions within large-scale, complex environments, in data centers or warehouses.
- Experience maintaining meticulous records of deployment activities, including project plans, progress reports, and performance metrics.

Our team is composed of highly skilled professionals with expertise in automation technologies, including robotics, autonomous mobile robots, and automated storage and retrieval systems.We are seeking an innovative and highly organized Deployment TPM to lead the rollout of cutting-edge robotic automation solutions within Google's Data Centers and Warehouses.
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our operations by overseeing the seamless integration of robotics technology, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of these systems, impacting efficiency, productivity, and safety.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Develop and execute comprehensive deployment strategies for robotic automation projects, encompassing project scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
- Manage relationships with robotics vendors, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Understand robotics technology, automation principles, and relevant industry best practices.
- Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new robotic systems, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed robotic systems, identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
