Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in operations, business transformation, operations consulting, or corporate roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing or implementing AI strategies and roadmaps for customer service, business, or support functions.
  • Experience managing inside sales or Small and Medium Business (SMB) business programs through employee-led or outsourced operations.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with excellent program management skills.
  • Experience influencing senior executives across organizational lines and borders.
  • Experience driving business transformation through systems thinking and automation to improve productivity.
  • Knowledge of building and enhancing Centers of Excellence through managed services models with a focus on return on investment.

  • Lead the development and execution of vendor strategy, including sourcing, selection, agreements, and contracting, for our Go-to-Market strategy and Global Solutions and Industries organizations.
  • Develop scalable cost optimal operating models and service capabilities by creating Center of Excellence and transforming multiple staff augmentation initiatives into managed services models. 
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver scalable solutions while running operational initiatives globally to transform services. Measure the business impact, including cost of these solutions to provide insights to senior leadership and inform future innovation.
  • Manage the overall relationship with the GTM and Global Solutions organizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Google to drive results.
  • Drive supplier performance around service quality and value addition through structured governance and performance measurement mechanisms.
