Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

MLOps Expertise:
Architect and manage robust MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Implement best practices for CI/CD and version control for ML models.
Optimize infrastructure for model inference and data pipelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into production environments.

Technical Oversight:
Provide guidance on system architecture, cloud services, and tools selection.
Drive adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications
8–10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in MLOps, including:
Model lifecycle management.
Automating ML pipelines.
Tools like TensorFlow Serving, Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, or similar.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML workloads.
Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages. Familiarity with data engineering workflows, big data technologies, and databases.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with distributed systems or large-scale infrastructure.
Knowledge of advanced ML techniques and frameworks.
Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
