As our Talent Development Student Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support for Trustpilot's talent development program. This interim role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the delivery of talent and learning initiatives that contribute to Trustpilot’s talent strategy. You will work closely with our Talent Development Managers on company-wide initiatives and support the global team. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of talent development programs, including sending invites and managing participant communications.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of program materials, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of program attendance, feedback, and completion, updating systems as required.
  • Help coordinate vendor relationships by managing invoices, contracts, and general communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Development team, including managing calendars and organising meetings.
  • Respond to queries from participants and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by identifying and suggesting efficiency improvements.

Who you are:

  • Organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and preparing materials.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and comfortable using systems such as an LMS (Learning Management System) 
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support a variety of tasks.
  • Previous administrative experience or interest in talent development is desirable but not essential.
